In the mentioned 3 years, a total of 2,000 students have been trained under the “Seekho Aur Kamao” Scheme in the Aviation Sector. Out of which, 1,703 students have been placed across various airline brands of national & international repute. The placed students are now working across 14 other nations apart from India and are engaged in serving their best in Aviation Management.
To ensure that the successful students get the best placement assistance and grab the best job available in the market, a dedicated placement cell operates in the company. The Placement cell is devoted to advising employment vacancies after successful completion of the course. The Placement cell in addition to individual counseling run seminars and group sessions covering career choice, interview skills, group discussion skills, preparing resumes and drafting job applications. A major thrust of the Placement Ser-vices is to constantly liaise with the businesses and companies to update prospective employers of the skill levels of the students and secure commitments for campus placements.
